why zest i wouldnt exactly call it a good gym. I spose if ya like possing and playing with cable machines before taking a dip in the pools then its ok :< i rather goto somewhere where all they have is plain old school gym equipment. Better to train free weights then on fancy cable machines all geared up to help ya lift large weights and impress the 40yr old s doing laps :> Not trying to be a bastard whats hard for me anyways :> but just trying to see the point of spending $600 on a membership ect where for half that you could find alot better gym.

Zest have bulk free weights you might wanna walk into one before making claims...

yeh mate
i got a benchpress at home but not much space to put other equipment so i think its a better choice if i get with a gym plus as u said theres spa sauna and swimming pools which is also an advantage
