dude has gone way over the top, that "colour light gun" he shines on teh panel to check for scratches cost about $2kau. we just got one at work they r great for matchin colours.

Big difference but its over the top. Too much effort on that type of car. Ill stay tuned for his next post "So today I finally drove the car and got a stone chip. Car is going in tomorrow for a re-spray"

Who cares if he has attention to detail. Good on him.
Obviously has nothing better to do so why not spend it on his car.
But yes how pissed would you be if you just finished and some dick hit your car with a trolley or something.
I remem seeing some guy who charges like 5 k in europe and has a 40 stage clean for cars and does it for ferrari's and lambos all day every day
seriously.. is that necessary

bloody hell, after all that effort you wouldnt wanan drive the thing for fear of getting it dirty.....thinking about it the car will be dirty again in a week anyway, seems pointless now.
but yes very very clean cut car.
pretty impressive result regardless it being an astra
the diamond cut headlights look hot
