when did oyu last do a coolant flush on the car ?
could be lots of crud thats built up inside your heater core... have you noticed the heater not blowing warm air ?
other thing oculd be a slight leak from the headgasket... usually when a head warps it throws all sorts of oil thru the cooling system and you may not actually see any milkyness in your oil.

never done a coolant flush on it only had it for 15,000k's, heater has been hot, misses had to turn it down. still got warrenty on the car. So have to go back there i think
if ya got warranty you can rest easy just take it back there. but the first thing i would do would be a coolant flush hey.

Sounds alittle like the coolant has past its used by date(if its really bad it can smell like mouldy cheese)give it a good flush and be sure to remove ALL traces of the old coolant including heater and overflow tank, fill and bleed system and see what happens.

Use a good radiator flush and flush it with clean water. You may have to flush it several times to get it clean.
Use Genuine NISSAN coolant to fill it with. Dont buy the cheap crap.
Bout $50 for 5L .
Mix it with 60% distilled water .

take raditator out and take to somewhere like natrad and have it professionly cleaned and flush the block..
then refil with decent coolant and destilled water..

make sure the heater is on full when you flush the coolant to remove any deposits/coolant from the heater core.

I always dc the two heater hoses going through the firewall and stick the hose into one of them to make sure the heater core is fully flushed...
