Are you fitting it to a Camry?

No It's for a calibra turbo (no neons) on the OE turbo the manifold is part of the turbo so to fit a new turbo need a exhaust manifold can buy them from europe but something like 2 grand. I'm sure I can get one made here cheaper than that.

maybe talk to a workshop about cutting the OE turbo off and putting in a T@ or T3 flange. should be cheaper to mod the current manifold than make a complete new one

i had one for a 4cyl made at rotomotion.

i supplied the laser cut plate flanges (used gaskets as templates) & rotomotion fabricated the rest.

isnt the stock manifold cast iron?
therefore not really suited to cut and reweld

I would guess that it is, but if heated up and a skilled fabricator used it can still work, my dad has fixed a manifold for me years ago that was cast and it's still holding, that was a non-turbo but still held during water crossings etc.

Correct, however you can weld cast if you use the right gear. Its quite common in my mazda circles. where space is an issue.
