a mate of mind as a s15, with a s14 5 speed, NPC twin plate clutch and cusco 2 way in the diff.
He is having a problem with the clutch always sticking when engaging, it like grabs and wont dis-engage. He has had the clutch plates replaced and the pressure plate inspected and was told it was fine. after doing that the problem still is there so he has tried replacing the gearbox but it's still doing it.
anyone got any idea on what it might be?
also the diff is very noisy and clunky? but i think thats normal with the 2 way.
any idea's lads?
