Celeron 1.7ghz, 256mb ram, motherboard supports BOTH SDRAM and DDR - 2 slots for both, onboard sound, vga, dvd burner, can throw in extra 400w PSU, and for an extra $20 will throw in genuine Windows Home product key. EDIT: this is just the case, no monitor, keyboard or mouse included.
I can source good very prices on new computer components too if you did want me to hunt you down a new hdd. A Samsung 500gb SATA-II hard drive for instance goes for $90 (16MB Cache 7200rpm 3.5").
