Steering Rack Modifications

Slight problem with my car at present, due to the engine being 20mm longer in length, it has pushed the gearbox more towards the passenger wheel.

Under full lock right, my tyre pushes against the end cap of the gearbox.

Im thinking of modifying the tie rod ends to improve the situation, anyone got any ideas ?

Is it barely touching or hard up against it?

hard up against it... nice wear mark in the paint on the gearbox haha.
