considering i work in this industry, you wont be suprised to realize its mainly teenagers, or people that come from 3rd world countries that run the worst kitchens.

we had health inspection at my work 3 weeks ago, only thing they had was abstruction to fire escape.

I havent been to Hans in a long time as i have food allergies n shit. But i used to be good mates with them back in the day and they were genuine brothers. Dont know if ownership has changed hands etc though....

Emperors court and Golden Century in Northbridge are supposed to be disasterous... Found rats at Emperors court on tv a few months back, i like my dim sum but thats wrong....

I think Hans has changed hands. Andrzej and I used to hit it up all the time, but not recently. Ive walked past and havnt seen either brother.
