Also. Who speeds along there these days anyways? They have been cracking down HARDCORE, ever since it was developed into duel carriageway.

lol yeah the handheld in the median strip at queensway road is there pretty much every time i go up alexander dr, you reckon people would take the hint n stop speeding there

My mate got done last week for 117km in a 60km zone in a shitty commodore
He totally deserved it though wrong place to be doing stupid shit like that.

looked like a VX SS. Wouldnt be hard to get to 150 on a long stretch of straight road. They are no more a shitter than a R32 GTS-t.

Doing twice the speed in built up area's is asking for trouble. HOwever that evo on the fwy at 2am the other night is NOT hoon behaviour imho. Care to mention a state election only round the corner..........

Hahaha I ran with 1 point for 2 years and 11 months, then got stung for 36 over.. waited for the overdue stuff to take its course and kept my license.

Nfi man. It was fucken dodgy as before. Two way, old road, next to no emergency lane either side, no lights and 90kmh? Now brand new road, lights, massive median strip, dual carriageway and lower to 70kmh.
It's probably one of the safest roads in WA now. Take that into account. It just proves the point that it's all revenue. Why monitor it with speed cameras if it's safe now. And cameras are supposed to SAVE lives, pfft.

Big pet hate of mine Alexander Drv from Hepburn Ave lights to Gnangara.
Drive it every day to and from work and never speed, one night driving home 3am no traffic or anyhting and got pinged farkin.
Yes I was speeding and I can cop that but what pisses me off is I was driving to the conditions and not endangering myself or anyone else and it was a laser trap so they had the choice of a warning and chose to be pingpingpingpings instead.
Was only doing 19 over from memory, hardly dangerous especially at that time.
2 cops on bikes with hanheld lasers @ 12am last night on the freeway under bridge before the beelier road exit. then on roe hwy 20 mins later, 2 more cops on bikes with hand helds under south street over pass.
so yeah, they are definately cracking down on the "late night activity"

cops on bikes had the lazer out at on canning hwy at 2am last night. pulled a commodore doing a hell razing 75ish in a 60.
i can final sleep soundly in the knowledge that the world is a safer place thanks to these hero's

Pet hate of mine in general. A long, straight fuck off road with like 2 side roads, and it's 70kph ffs. Should be an easy 90.
On the flip side it was the end scene to one of the best runs I've ever had because it was nice & straight, with a turbo gold VL who would have been devo being beaten by a sleeper :p
