Beding in after a 3rd gear and synchro replacement???

i learnt the hard way that syncros needed to be bed in (burnouts at mv the day after replacing them)

however when i first installed them and drove down to the plex - they were fine. crunching as fuck no matter what rpm on way home.

they did improved and bed overtime but they still slightly crunch on fast gear gear changes now.

after speaking to mal wood, he said they bed the syncros in when they installing them.
