Gearbox/Diff

Hey,
Im am doin a rb25 gearbox conversion in my s15 just wandering would i have the change the standard diff or will the ratios be ok??? If i must change it can neone suggest a diff to put in the car????

from what i've read the ratios should be fine theres a fair few threads on ns.com if you have a search
