Brand new wheels - bead/soda/paint?

Just got a set of brand new speedylite 7's to suit my new 5 stud hubs.

They only came in magnesium in this offset, i want them gloss black

Should i bead/sand/soda blast? and then powder coat or could i just get them painted?

If you want them full glossy, get them soda blasted....bead or sand will leave a rougher surface. Soda will get you the smoothest results for sure.

Mine were sand blasted, but I had them painted satin so it didn't matter.
