It will be at the burswood dome, and if there is enough interest we will enter as a club.


Basically, what I'm after is suggestions from everyone here as to what we want the show to include.

There will be a 4WD dyno.

Shane Stephens Monaro built by Active Automotive with his new twin turbo 427ci setup, made 1222HP at the wheels on the Dyno Dynamics. It jumped off the dyno on that run!! A few of those who were standing behind the fence at the front of the car browned their pants.

Went for a wander down yesterday, seems Scotty and the boys have moved the shop. Nice setup!

Couple nice cars, lovin the Antilag exotics, wondered if any of the MWS cars actually made it there under their own steam (although I have actually seen [Warhawk] doin laps of the coast) Those hummers were bombed. Red fezza with aftermarket wheels coulda done with something a little larger on the rears, I think, wheel arches seemed to swallow them up.

enjoyed the car show, i think the name of the show sums it up well. love well modified cars to get ideas from. sunday had plenty of high hp cars on the dyno to drool over. plenty of hot womenz strutting around.

I went down on friday night at 6pm bad move on my behalf.

Pros there was noone there so i could browse at my own leisure without people in my way.

Cons there was noone there and it was very quiet alot of the people who owned the cars werent there so there was noone to talk to and i seen three show cars coming in as i left burswood so i presume it got alot bigger.

My fault should of went on a saturday, The antilag stand looked mint so did the Wa Perf stand. Assasin your car is amazing i love looking at it. The lambo upon entry was also a sight.

Not a bad show and suprised that I won a trophy.

My highlight was talking to the dude that sells the "Race Fuel". I especially liked his story about how good his E85 was and that there is a "Magic Tuner" in Perth by the name of Steve Thomas that can do amazing things on the dyno with this stuff. After I apologised for choking and spitting my coke over his display I wished him and his tuner the best of luck and left.

Racefuels is 85% Ethanol and 15% 98ulp and the control for Saloon car racing, Very good and reliable but for the same money I use Power plus, 85% Ethanol 15% 110 Ulp racefuel.
Its been so good but the fumes make you feel like shit, Only other downside sofar with E85 is some cars are a prick to start colld.

ahh you mean using tilt-shift for miniature faking.

I used photoshop to add a bit of DOF into the ute photo, but also used my wide angle lens at 18mm when taking the photo in order to make it look smaller as well.

The throttle hats are quite a new finding in the zap camp, got some tips from another class of racers that have helped him find a whole heap more power:)

i think it will be at willowbank start of june for the winternationals, running some test passes. same motor as in zaps when he ran the first 5. and with zap on fire, zappia racing i reckon will be a force for a while.

He does drive that car though, its driven...aghhh wait scratch that, screamed past me on the freeway a few months back. Its real plates are [WAR HAWK], i wasnt sure if it was the same car at the show, but i had a look at the dyno sheet and it reads WARHAWK as the car rego not BLACKHAWK as it was displayed. Bloody amazing car!
