127mm is pretty thick. do any Jap brands make an equivalent size ie Blitz/GReddy/HKS etc to suit JZZ30?

i doubt it would fit, but a little cutting isnt too hard, id normally go buy a 2nd stock bumper if you wanted to play around with it.. if you bugger up, then put ur first one back on.

Theres plenty of room in the soarer bumper. It will fit, depending on piping if its pushed forward, back or up. But being only midly modded, do you really need such a thick intercooler? Bit of lag filling that thing up with the tiny ct12a's.
