HKS EXHAUST

I am thinking of a HKS carbon titanium catback exhaust as the first mod to m evo 8? does this sound like the way to go or does someone have a better suggestion?

Cat back exhaust is a great start... Next I would do a dump & front pipe upgrade (I just happen to have a nice near new Tomei setup for sale :) ). Then look at a fuel pump upgrade, wind up the boost and ECU remap.

In an Evo, thats all you need for a super quick street car thats more than capable around the track.

It sounds good, obviously its going to be important you get onto that small ass factory dump pipe as your next mod tho, they are rather restrictive on the evo's, So its going to hold the rest of the system back.. What size exhaust you thinking of running? 3" would be plenty altho depending on how many mufflers you put on, my mates evo 7 sounds like a dirty SR20. but I dont think there is too much in the way of mufflers apart from the rear. Altho performance is important, the notes guna make or break your love for it
