Smoking problem valve seals

Hi
My camry blows a white smoke during idle.
Might be the valve stem seals. I'd like to give it a try fixing it my self but i better not (incase somthing went wrong). Plus i dont have the tools and the knowledge.
any workshop specialised in these area in wa?

valve stem seals when buggered cause oil to burn, so smoke will be blue, not white

yeh its actually blue if u look from a distance.
does smell like burning oil.
