View Full Version : Clutch in Perth
Anyone know any places in Perth that sell heavy duty clutch kits at good prices? Looking at exedy kits or similar. Or any links of places that I can order one at a good price?

PBR / Cluch Industries slip from new on anything other then STOCK and Extremes are prone to smashing the centres in the plates .. I only use Exedy single plates in mild powered cars n those that get driven hard we try to get the owner to go twin ..
16yrs of doing this shit you tend to work out who makes shit n who makes quality :boink:

In my 180sx, we went through countless Xtreme Clutches... Installed Exedy 5 puck HD and problems went away.
Never seen an Extreme last more than a couple 100kms before slippage becomes a real problem.

mates xtreme plate fouled on the flywheel bolts!
i know all clutches are going to be different but the clutch factory increased the clamping load on my factory 7m pressure plate and ran a 5 puck exedy disc - didnt miss a beat with 400+ hp and 20+ launches on mt drag radials
cost me $4-450 and overnight service. would highly recomend them but if they moved mandurah way - then it kinda sucks
