i've found ecu i want from ebay, but its off wrx.
my car is soarer (2jz).
wat do i need to get it to work?
a diffrent loom and connection? how?

It will have to be reset to work on the 2jz. Can the tuners do that? And Where to get loom for it? Or the wrx loom can be made to fit....

At a minimum you will need the loom and plug & play firmware from haltech... thats if they don't make hardware changes to suit different cars.

I highly doubt the WRX loom would work on a 2JZ.
