Who does it, where do i get it done, give me ideas cause this is the last thing needed for build and I can't find a NOS one...

I have the Dufus's purple dildo torana in the showcase section... Big brakes / Wheels with billet adaptors and had the suspension all stiffened up...

Ordered new uni joints and pins which go through the extractors and join Rack to Column...

Pulled the whole column out, bit of play but the brand new uni joints should tighten things up..

I just want new bearings n someone to pull it apart and check it all... Who does that kind of work?

600 - 800hp on buckled steering = GAY

I also think it may be colapsed as you could push the wheel in and out a few mm...?

Try Carvel Automatics I think it is on sevenoaks street welshpool, they have a steering collumn side to the business apparently, if they cant do it they should be able to tell you who can

Maybe speak to Wheels World or Wa suspensions?

Since they do all alignments etc i assume they would have some idea about it?? Or at least point you in the right direction.

Last I checked your steering column doesn't transmit power to the wheels haha

its FWD YO!!!

na its more with extra torque power everything will have extra strain.. and you would know how hard toranas are to work on just by looking into an engine bay.

custom extractors and the thing has to go threw them so no changing them when engine is in. iF it starts poppoing wheelies or even just the extra twist flex ect.. no point spending $40k on a build just to have a colapsed steering colum ruin my fun!

The column goes through the extractors?

Chuck a pic up of the engine bay?

Stupidly built. But there is no other way. 350 chevs are just to tight in there without any modification... I am keeping the headers for now until i go turbo in a few months when coin allows... Just want to get the column fixed up b4 i put it back in.. I have new unis ect.. It actually rubbed a bolt on the extractor b4 so will have to sdjust accordingly when motor goes back in..

Sorry for the mess but it is a drive car not a show car. A work in progress... 4 ever.
