Just wanted to know if anyone knew how much i would be lookin at gettin my car stereo re-wired.
I need my deck components, coax's, 6x9 with amp plus my sub with amp all re wired.
All the wires are there i hope but who ever done the stereo in my car didnt do it right and i wanted to know how much it would cost to get it done right.
Cheers

Depends on where you go and exactly what needs to be done and what doesnt need to be done...from what you had said there i'd guess between $400 and $500 for full rewire...but if the gear is there could be less. If i saw the car and what needed doin i could give you an accurate competitive quote but im down bunno way so....yeah...lol

take it to a shop for a quote.
more realistic then what anyone is going to give you here.
unless they work at a audio store, or u ask volatile customs.

Yeah i emailed volatile. Might head to some shops to get a quote. I got all the stuff in the car i dont think its wired properly. When i go to tune right side the left speakers work. The deck doesnt fit in properly/flush either.
Im lookin at the car pretty soon so just wantig to finish things up on it b4 i sell it

if youve got all the wires mate download a diagram get in there and do it yourself!! its not rocket science and you will learn a lot about your car!
Dont get me wrong The boys at volatile will do a great job though!
I had issues with my ute, DVD player subs amps ect ect.. ripped out seats and carpet pulled dash apart and enjoyed the fact I fixed it all myself! Granted it wasnt my first install but you gota start somewhere!
