my brother has a set of bling bling 20's that now have 'dents' in them from some pingpingpingping pulling out in front of him, and having to eat a kerb.
i told him to ring alliance rim repairs, and apparently they told him chrome rims can't be repaired?
i'm not sure if he is being spun bullshit or not, but i cant see why being chrome would affect it...
anyone know what the deal is, and who he should see about getting them fixed if its possible?

rint tech 9 and other shops and get a new wheel...
they are cheap for a reason! it would cost more than the set to actually fix it thats why they dont want to touch it!

I had the same problem trying to find someone to re-chrome, i think in the end i did find a place to re chrome them, but it was 300 odd dollars a rim, so your better of just getting new rims imo.

Should buy 4 new wheels, those look horrid.
re-chroming aluminium base metal is not easy to do in small amounts, and thus by the time the repairs are done and re-chroming you could buy a replacement abortion instead, brand new.

Hey, You might find this hard to believe but try it before you go to get re-chromed. Get some al-foil from the kitchen and some vinegar. Put vinegar on alfoil and rub it on the chrome damage...... you wont believe your eyes
