WAGYU delivery - last minute, order today only!

Hi Everyone!

Back from Europe, first day at work today, and I find out there's a wagyu order closing COB TODAY...

So, let me know ASAP if you want any. I believe same types of cuts and prices as before, but I will update that shortly.

So repeating, this order closes at 5pm TODAY so yeah... Delivery is on Thursday after 6pm. For all new people who I haven't delivered to before, please PM me your mobile number and delivery address. Cheers!

silly question is this stuff good to freeze or is it best to be consumed straight away?

To all the late orders, I will check first thing in the morning, technically 'close-of-business' and 'first thing in the morning' are the same, but will let you all know if successful.

MMM, yeah I freeze mine, no problems. They're better when fresh (like with everything else), but if you wrap it up or seal it properly before freezing it will be fine. It will still taste awesome. I usually freeze half my stock, a bit hard to eat it all at once haha.

i freeze mine as well, 2 layers of glad wrap and its all good. i also slice some of mine thin for steak sangas. you will not have better!

Well I'm back, so yeah, feeding the addicts :)

I've spent 6 weeks without any wagyu hit. Don't like going cold turkey, good thing I've had wagyu reserves in the freezer, have had it every night since I got back few days ago :D

There are some spares at work I've noticed, few porterhouse, few scotch fillets, of various grades. If anyone still wants some, let me know asap. I might have a look tomorrow and post what's exactly there.

Yeah, well, you gotta buy a whole packet, so more like 200 bucks for 4 kilos of scotch delivered (unless you're somewhere far far far in whoop whoop, metro is fine).
