Hey guys wondering if anyone knows of a rim repair place in perth,
Have tired Alliance Wheel Repairs but there busy till monday
Not having any luck with yellow pages, google etc.
Any info would be appreciated
Cheers
Being Perth ... no-where will just do it.
Take it to Alliance, and have it done right.

Last time i gave wheel to Mr Mag to get repaired i found out they outsourced it to Gommers Engineering in Bechenham/Cannington...then mr mag get it back and take a mark up.
Unsure if its changed, that was a year ago.

took this rim

to gommers or whatever they are now called and the bloke said they were fixable etc. gave me a call 2 weeks later and said they didnt turn out to plan so is chasing new outters. tried explaining to him before he started the job that they are special order 19s so needless to say, went back down another week later to pick them up and it looks like i could have done a better job with a hammer
took another rim

to alliance to fix up a rim i actually cared about thinking i was going straight to the best and although they didnt fuck it up, still wasnt happy with the job. rim has 2 hairline cracks about cm long on inner lip and when i picked it up, i asked to stick it on the balancer and it wasnt all that great. (still slight kick and the areas that were rewelded were rough as fuck).
without even saying anything, the bloke looked at me and asked if i had a spare 10 min and he ran off and tidied up the repair a bit better. paid $150 CASH (as camo would say) so all in all not the best of experiences with them either...
briffa is the next one one ill be going to. if all else fails, wont b3e buying another set of rims that arent structually perfect to begin with

^I feel your pain
I have the same problem
Mine looks like this:

It's been at alliance for about 8 weeks now
Prior to this unfortunate kerbage, i had all rims pulled apart and re-done at a cost of $650. Couldnt fault what they looked like, but 2 were off centre so now they are all over there getting looked at again
I just want them to roll true and look ok!
35 profile IS TEH SUXOR, wish i could run 40/45's or if pingpingpingpings would give way to their right at roundabouts

So you tried Summerfield Engineering in Kenwick ?
yeah i used summerfield ~7 years ago, had a dent twice as bad as iluv2moans pic in a bbs 2 piece rim, he did an excellent job.
i didnt realise hydifx worked at gommers, was just posting it up for info.

I had M5 rims, all pretty badly curbed and one has buckled. Brought to a BMW guy (scottish, forget name) next to autoclassic in vic park. Charged me $680 for the lot, repainted obviously and they were all perfect again. Not cheap but really top job.

That Leo Gommerz guy sold up to Hydfix, so same place, I wouldn't get him to fix anything on a rim you can see afterwards, unless you are planning on a thick coat of paint to fix up the end finish
