YEAH!!! Finally!!! It's been long overdue, so to those fellow addicts who have been constantly messaging me every week here's good news for ya, another delivery has been confirmed folks! :boink:
Delivery will happen on the evening Thursday 15th of October.
Please place your order by Sunday 11th of October.
I will update the menu shortly, but there shouldn't be any changes to it at all I don't think.
To anyone who's never ordered it before, please PM me your mob # and delivery address together with your order. As weights are approximate, I will only know the exact amounts after 5pm when I pick them up. I will SMS you with the exact price then. Cash on delivery,to be sometime between 6:00 and 10:30pm on the day, depending on where you live... can give more details as to when exactly once I know my route when all orders are placed.
Oh, and I suggest you stock up a bit extra just in case shit happens again, and you miss out for Christmas, though quite unlikely but you never know hey!

LOL! Cheers! It's been a while. My wagyu freezer only has 4 steak slices left, so about bloody time!
Well, you can certainly find out. I can also get angus steak if anyone wants it. Same price as the 3/4 wagyu... not as good as wagyu (in my opinion), but obviously muuuuch better than anything from McShit lol!

LOL! There's no wagyu kangaroo haha, unless you can cross a wagyu cow with a kangaroo somehow? That would look freaky!

Funny you say that. We do have a 'marbling genetics' R&D project for which we claim R&D from the govt :)

MBS means Marble Based Score
MBS is the grade of the meat, the higher the MBS the better.
Here's a bit of a writeup for ya (Ningaloo Beef is the brandname btw):
Wagyu is a traditional Japanese cattle breed that has been bred in Japan for over 2000 years and is highly prized for its high marbling quality. Wagyu is one of the few breeds of cattle that produces beef with such high marbling.
Marbling is very fine fat contained within the muscle and it is this marbling that gives Wagyu its unsurpassed taste and texture. Marbling is graded on a scale of 0-12 with 12 being the highest. Most Wagyu beef marketed in Australia is marble score 5-9. When Wagyu is cooked, the marbling dissolves producing “melt in the mouth” moisture and tenderness.
Wagyu marbling has a uniquely higher ratio of monounsaturated fat (good fat) to saturated fat (bad fat). Due to the higher level of monounsaturated fat, Wagyu beef has a lower melting point than other beef.
It also contains a higher percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than other beef. The body uses these acids to improve immune resistance, vision and the building of cell membranes. Omega-3 and omega-6 are also beneficial in protecting against heart disease, arthritis and high blood pressure.
From birth Ningaloo Beef cattle graze on warm rolling pastures in Western Australia. When they are ready, the cattle are fed on a specially prepared high protein, grain diet to promote high marbling.
Ningaloo beef has 100% lifetime traceability, is free of hormone growth promotants and free of antibiotics. Low stress stock handling methods and stringent quality assurance standards guarantee the exceptional quality, tenderness and flavour of Ningaloo Beef.
Realistically, grade 3/4 will still make a huge impression, it is better than any other beef out there. You may buy a top premium non-wagyu steak from the best butcher, this will still own it!!
And yeah, don't ask me about 12, it's all export-spec, we ship it all out to Japan and Korea. Grade 12 tenderloin sells there for 600 bucks a kilo or something ridiculous like that. Japs love their wagyu!

In a couple of weeks time man. Will make a new thread when ready. Addiction guaranteed! :)
Been actually talking to someone at work about making it available at short time notice too. I get messages from people all the time, two weeks after delivery, wanting more. There's also people who happen to have a party or a special occasion or something and would like some wagyu in the meantime. Usually can't help as it's a monthly thing, but that may soon change folks... will see how I go.
