Hi everyone,
If you've worked in property previously and you want to step up your game, I have a few positions available that will allow you to do this.

Briefly though,
- First position is a Centre Management role in Kwinana, for a shopping centre that is about to undergo a redevelopment. You will be based on-site and will be responsible for managing the shopping centre during redevelopment and post-redevelopment. Property experience essential.
- Second position is a Centre Management role for two centres, one in Karawara and one in the CBD (which is a prominent shopping arcade). One is about to undergo a redevelopment. You will be based on-site and will be responsible for managing the shopping centre both during its redevelopment phase and post-redevelopment, as well as the arcade in the CBD. This position is extremely challenging due to a tough client, and will pay accordingly, but will require a thick skin and at least 3-5 years experience.
- Third position is a portfolio manager, whose main job is to replace a manager who will eventually be promoted to a senior manager or associate director. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse range of property assets, specifically retail. Experience required, but the requirements are much lower i.e. you must have had at least some exposure to property (even residential), or a degree/qualification in Property to get a look in.
Salary is negotiable based on your experience for all positions, so drop me a line if you’re keen and I’ll see what I can come up with.
