hey,

did a search but not much found.

I am after some advice on the Driftek rims for my s14a
Who has had experience with them, it appears a number of cars run these.

I am a bit new to offset etc too.
could someone advise the right size. they need to sit just outside the guard.

Anybody selling there's? :) I have cash!

thanks,

Pav

the standard offsets are pretty tame, if you want aggressive i'd be going the GTR spec 17x9.5 +18's

Ive got drift teks on my s13, 17x9.5 +18's all round

if you want to get them brand new, go through Wilkinson suspension :)
otherwise just look on forums, but most of the time you'll find they are pretty shitty second hand

good luck :)

i forgot they made 18" drifteks, i'd be going for them

as for 9.5" front and rear, why not? :D the only other option is 18x9 +38 on the front, which sits about an inch further in than the 9.5's.. so you'd need spacers to bring it outside the guards.

later nissans tend to fit pretty wide rims up front, is usually rear guard clearance you have issues with with same width/offset rims all round.

(ie. a mate of mine had 18x9.5 +13 work termists on his 33 gtst-t, fronts didnt rub at all, rears made love to the guards quite a bit :P)

18x9 +38 on front would most likely hit coilovers...

you got 5 stud, soooo many better rims out there

i have to have 3mm spacers on my fronts for clearance cos it was hitting the coilover..

what size are these?

mitchy
01-02-2010, 09:31 PM
17x10 +15 rear (25mm bolt on brings them out to -10 for the flared guards though)

fronts i'm not sure on, 17x9 +something

lysdexia

they come in more extreme sizes than those even though

they're still a china wheel though :P

18x10 -1 :boink:

in my opinion, 18x9 +15 front and 18x10 +22 rear would be pretty decent

can buy them through here, http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=342617

re-opening old post.
whats the law with wheels sticking out past wheel arches.
I heard aslong as the tread is within thats ok??

i have purchased and fitted lenso D1R's
18x9+22 front
18x10+15 rear

and the rears stick out about an inch... maybe more
