For a Mazda 626 out of all things.
Current tyre is a 205/55/15 which are due for replacement in the next month or so. Keen to upgrade to a set of OEM Mazda 17s. Need a 40 profile to keep as close to the stock rolling diameter as possible.

OK so he can get a brand called Minerva for $109 each fitted.
It's a mid range quality.
If you're looking for something of a higher quality/price, let me know.
Apparently, they're not an odd size either so I'm not sure why you were told they would be hard to get.
price on 4 215x50x16 (dont need fitting on car - just to rims)

I think a few boys have used those Rotella's for drift with alright results for a cheap tyre. Similiar to all other cheap sunny, sonar, altezza, clear, durun etc etc.
I picked up some cheap Durun's the other week from westy in 235/40/18 for under 100 on special. Theyre a great budget tyre in my opinion, well for drift anyway.

I previously upgraded from KU31's to Federal RS-R's and they are definitely a lot better, but now I am seriously thinking to upgrade from RS-R's to Nitto NT01's or Toyo R888 as traction is becoming a real problem, and it's about to get a lot worse after the cams and larger turbo housing are finally completed.
Aussie prices are still annoyingly high though in comparison to the USA.

LOL KU31s i reckon a daewoo nubira would struggle for traction with them on , as for the 888s we ran 245x40x18 on the 32 gtr and it was average for grip . AO50 in softs are goooood .Or possible you have a shit suspension set up causing your traction issues

Thanks for the input. When I got the car the previous japanese owner had the camber set to wear the crap out of one side the tyres, so I had it adjusted from some local tyre shop. It could be worth taking it to somebody more knowledgeable as these guys were just pretty average and probably didn't even know what a supra was. Now that I think about it, I've had a few people tell me the same thing. Sort out your suspension first. Just kinda overlooked it.
Can anyone recommend someone who knows there stuff for adjusting camber?
