Is it just me or do they all have the same plot basically?

Ie being chased by the police, or the police will strike a deal for Ben Meschiati to try and lure in Vin Diesel, only to have Ben make the 'right' choice and help his old pal out.

The film ends with them eloping to a lawless country.
