What you are asking is too broad to be able to give a specific answer on how to do it.

The longest way would be just to run a windows search for whatever the word is on *.* and delete manually.... but that won't wipe it from recovery.

I'M leaving my job and i want to deleate all my personal stuff off the computer.

I was thinking if i can just key in a name then that wll bring up all the correspondence from them.

i have deleated my email outlook but i can still retrive every email.

Unscrew computer side. Remove hard drive. Place in pocket. Run.

Only way you are going to ensure your shit can't be recovered unless you have a few days spare to DBAN.

Get someone else to logon and delete your local profile. Depending where you work, there may be a data retention policy of some sort.

Sounds like you're trying to erase all evidence of any extra-curricular activities haha :lol:

Unlucky for you emails reside on the exchange server therefore you cannot delete them.

Balls deep in cow shit.

A program like CCleaner can overwrite files when you deleate them so they cannot be recovered.

IT'S*

SPELLED*

FUCK.

Spelled = American English.
Spelt = British English.

Australia = formed by the British, not the Americans.

Therefore... it's SPELT. FUCK.

Oh, and Big O, if it's a corporate/company computer, ANYTHING that was saved on that PC is their property, even if it's pertaining to you. The only way to delete it really is to do what you have already done.

As already said, if your emails were done thru an Exchange Server, they'll be saved on the server and there is nothing you can do.

You can easily delete things from an Exchange server. Just delete them on your computer and the changes will be reflected in the Exchange server's mailbox (remember to go to deleted items recovery and delete them from there too). Nothing to stop them recovering their Exchange database from a backup of course though.

dont know abou tyour company but even if you manage to delete whatever off your hard drive, my company keeps daily back up's for a month...

so basically i can get everything that was on my computer a month ago, even if it i 'accidentally' pour a cup off coffee into the case.
