At 100kmh, and under braking, I am getting a bit of a shuddering feeling through the wheel.

I presume my rotors need skimming and pads replacing?

Just rub back the discs using garnet and bed the brakes in again. $0

As others have said, warped rotors. Machine them and then your good to go.

But yes machine.... pads might be OK still though

Not cheap, even going the supra 4 pots route is quite exxy.
