I believe they are parent/sister type companies much like Dale Alcock and APG etc. Why? Are you looking to build? :)

My brother just built a house with Gold Constructions, he got messed around by a few other builders before he went with these guys and they built the house pretty damn quickly.

Most people are building homes quickly these days. A lot less demand than 3-4 years ago and a massive influx of bandwagon trades still trying to cash in on the housing boom that was

Yeah I have but I only design/draw plans not build.
So I can draw up whatever you want if you wanna owner build or take my plans to a builder..

I still work for Ventura until my own stuff takes off.

I am a builder :) At least I work for a building company haha.

We're a boutique builder so we outsource our drawings as we tend to build lots of the same designs not 1 off designs.

Might have some work for you soon then, easy stuff, just placing designs on blocks :)

Are ya! I don't really deal with much of the ID stuff that's another department and unfortunatly can't really hook you up with much without it being on the dodge. However if you give me your job number I will see that the job is pushed through a little faster and will contact you directly if there are any problems/questions with the prestart, will save some time back and forth through the CA after prestart.

No probs Dan.

Yep, Dale is W&B.. I love W&B houses, they built ours in Dawesville when I was a young punk. Mrs old duck works for Dale Alcock, they have a pretty amazing display home in South Yunderup, would love to do some landscaping and outdoor entertaining like they have.

You will find most building companies and some building contractors in Perth are owned by a group (such as Westfarmers owns Coles, Target, K-Mart etc). Perth's 3 big groups are JWH Group, ABN Group and BGC. Oswald Homes are the cream of the crop and Reza does a fantastic job designing these homes.

Don't think you are right...

Scott Park homes is owned by the same mob who later started Blueprint Homes, I think they own another mob too.

Scott Park was kicked out of the partnership and started Red Ink homes.

I went to school with people in the family who own the two, and am still mates with the owner's son. I think it is a fairly family run affair. They also produced the movie "Two Fists, One Heart".

Whether Scott Park's mrs has anything to do with it, I am unsure.

But that is what I have been told from the owner's son. SO unless he is talking shit - don't know.

fetish - we do Architectural designs as well at CADDS - and are looking to make building contracts.

If anyone is a builder and wants to look at a possible contract - PM me with your company details and I will forward it onto the Head of the Architectural Department here. :)

yes im looking to build. based purely on desings im looking at blue print and celebrations. specifications look to be pretty good to at first glance. havent done a side by side comparison yet. have heard lots of good feedback from blue print. havent come across anyone that has built with celebration. From what I understand they are part of the largest building company in Perth.

if anyone has hooks up to save me cash drop me a message :)

I built with Ross North Homes, couldnt have been happier with the time frame to build or the service, and this was at the beginning of the boom too :)

+1 for them.

i used to do drafting/take off's for a lot of perths builders, and Ross North was really easy to deal with from a supplier point of view too. quick and easy!
