Have a single bedroom available in Kingsley, 3 bed 1 bathroom, 200m from local shops and IGA, 1.5km from Whitties traino. House has internet, reno'd kitchen/bathroom, security on all windows and I'd even be willing to share some precious workshop space!

Sharing with myself (24) in the granny flat & a female couple (22/24), hoping to find someone respectful & mature (big ask on here i realise :p), into similar stuff and just generally pretty cruisy without needing to be reminded to clean up after themselves.
