One of the most important recordings in the evolution of hip hop is De La Soul’s milestone album, ‘De La Soul Is Dead’. At the time of its release it literally altered the cultural landscape of hip hop music across the globe and ushered in a new era of positivity and consciousness in global hip hop culture.
At three dates around the country, De La Soul is set to perform De La Soul Is Dead in its entirety. That means hearing A Rollerskatin Jam Called) Saturdays, Ring Ring, Keepin The Faith and others you’d rarely hear live over one warm and fuzzy performance. The trio is bringing some friends along to help them celebrate, including the album’s co-producer Prince Paul.
So who's going??
