Basically, i got a $30 EB games gift voucher for christmas. I'm a bit tight for cash at the moment so i don't want to put much extra on it but i was wondering what people thought would be a decent game to purchase for around this budget, I had a quick look at an EB near my place the other day but they had a pretty poor selection. I dont care about pre-owned or not but i would just like something that seems to stand out lol.

I know its a pretty broad question but any ideas?

Why not swap it for someone selling a game on here for that amount? Will come out cheaper your end anyway than the markup EB put on their pre-owned...

+1 for 2k11, if your even in the slightest bit interested in bball then its an awesome game. Saw it today for PC for $36 at harvey norman so guessing EB shouldn't be too far off.

Ended up picking up Bioshock for $10 from EB, so i have $20 left lol... Found PGR4 for $20 but left it were it was lol

What kind of games do you like? I finally got around to picking up virtual legend which is awesome and it was $20 preowned.

Nah i've got Forza there...

Sircatman, the problem is most of the newish games I have, so i'm looking for a cheap game taht i'll like lol.

I play anything really, from Racing, Shooting, Arcarde, RPG, etc... I don't just have one type, as long as it stands out to me i'll end up playing whatever the Genre

Lol just realized my phone changed brutal to virtual. Brutal legen is really good.
I just picked up borderlands for $25 at Eb aswell. It's pretty good, it's like a fps diablo with guns.

Also I recently played through Darksiders which is really good, the beginning is a bit boring but don't let it put you off, it gets really good ad has an awesome ending.
One old one I really enjoyed was Turok. All Turok games have been shit but I downloaded the demo for the 360 version and liked it. Picked it up second hand and thought it was pretty good.
