Calls from random number??

Hey peeps.

I've been receiving calls from these 2 numbers for a month or so. No idea who or what they are but did a quick google search on this and found a forum with some people in the same position.

it's a call centre. mostly do commonwealth bank shit.

add yourself to the do not call register

Seems the brains of it is "SYKES Global Business Development Group"

Or just say you're leaving the country in a few days for the long term - that usually will make them remove your number from their lists (provided they are not calling random numbers).

yeh peta had the same thing last week something stupid like 10 missed calls in 30min, turned out to be telstra doing a customer satisfaction call or something

I get a similar one, Optus marketing.. They called a fuck-tonne over 2 months. I just started answering the calls and leaving the line open. Now they don't call.

those do not call registers only last for 12 months then you have to do it again
