As topic says

I did a once over on mine, to see what needed replacing for pits. And it decided to stop working.
I have replaced the dizzy cap & button, leads and plugs. Then cleaned up the earth on the block and the little guy off the head.

Car is hard to start. Will run dead smooth for a second or so, then cough once or twice and die out. Then be hard to start again.

I think it could be the coil or afm.

I will pay a 6pack of beer for the use of a car to play swap abouts.

sorted!

it's the plug that sits on top of the dizzy.
wiggle it and car starts. wiggle again and car dies.

Also like them as it is very very rare to have a piston touch a valve ..

So FYI

the part number of the plug is BK401.

and it's not on any of the diagrams, so it's a hard one to find if you don't know the part number
