Colin will be able to help you out, they can also put 2pac in a single use spray can.
They fill the can for you then there is a small canister of the hardener in the base, when your ready to use it you turn the can base to open the cannister with the activator in it then give it a shake and you now have 2pac in a rattle can.

That's actually REALLY handy to know! I wanted to do my window trims in two pack but I didn't really want to pick up a ton of paint I wasn't going to use.

Getting my boot and bootlip painted by a mate. Needs me to supply materials, so i can get the clear coat and black for bootlip from here. Now i just need the factory colour for the boot. Will they have this or do i need to speak to a toyota dealer?

Look on your model plate the one with the chassis number and diff code and shit.
It will have a paint code on that (will be something like 8k0 or something similar) but if you want to get it perfect they will probably do a test card or two.

I think they still use (or maybe you have the option for you to ask ) for an actual paint scanner to be used.

Haved used one of these before called a Spectrometer, wasnt all that impressed with results to be honest. I could of matched the colour better myself just by knowing the colour wheel and what colours react with each other etc.

Skitzo- paint code will be on the ID plate but chances of it being a perfect match as pretty slim, hence why alot of the time a painter will blend the colour into the next panel to disguise that a individual panel has been painted. So for a flawless colour match when sprayin a boot lid i would flick the clour across the top of the rear quarters where the boot lid meets up to it then clear out the boot lid and both 1/4's

What Mike said.

I use a Spectro at work and it can be hit and miss. Sometimes it comes up with a good match rating, then you spray out a test card and it can be off still
