Well last time we just did stock cars but yea if we need a second xbox feel free to bring it. No one else will have access to it as its locked upstairs.

Seems like enough interest.

Just need a night that suits better

Fri night or Sat night

Stock cars are fun and all, but a garage full of bombed cars is always a good option to have. I have ~ 200 cars at the moment with all mods. Can sort of tell I've put some time into the game..

Up for either night, I'll be on annual leave anyway.

Well if ppl want to change games and play some COD dont mind.

Have done 4 vs 4 Halo. 4 in one cinema and 4 in another.

Pretty fun

Would put up a pic but i cant link to my facebook pics. Got one that shows screen and you can see a fire exit sign and how small it is compared to screen

Anyway looks like we got enough.

Will organise and PM out details soon

In case anyone needed another reason to dislike EA, they've decided to withhold their license for Porsche and as such, there will be no Porsches in Forza 4. Sad, sad times, although Mitchy likes this.

There will be 3 RUFs though

Confirmation in the form of a new Dan Greenawalt interview: http://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/underthehood1/

Cant hate EA. They make battlefield + some epic sport games.

More like hate porsche for being dumb pingpingpingpings and giving exclusive rights to EA

Turn 10 has announced the 1973 Ford XB Falcon GT will be included in the Forza Motorsport 4 car roster. The inclusion of the XB marks the first time a classic Australian muscle car has been included in the series.

The car, famous for its role in Mad Max as Max's iconic Pursuit Special and the Eric Bana documentary Love the Beast, will join other antipodean automobiles like the HSV W427, Joss JT1 and at least two 2011 V8 Supercars in the game.

Pretty Cool.

So, there's been 2 more 'Under the hood' interviews posted on the Forza site, which have some pretty tasty information in them.

The first one (I posted above) has info about cool things like the Rivals mode, which lets you race against times/ghosts set by your mates (or anyone on the leaderboards) for credits and xp, like a normal online race only you don't have to try schedule racing together if you're busy/have a life. And talks about brand affinity, which is an improved version of the car level thing in old Forzas, essentially race with one manufacturer enough and you'll get free upgrades.
Also has more info on events like drift and autocross, as well as the old game modes.

http://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/underthehood2/
Talks about the rewards you get from playing Forza 3 (some cars transfer across, as well as bonus cars for your driver level). Also talks about transporting your old car designs across. You can't transfer full designs (as the car models behave differently) but you can transfer all your vinyl groups, so you can convert a design into a group and transfer it that way, so good news for painters.
This interview covers the new physics system, which sounds pretty awesome, as well as describing how the car's PI is calculated. They've adjusted how AWD drivetrains are rated so there won't be such a huge dominance with outrageous AWD cars, RWD will be a viable option again.

http://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/underthehood3/
Today's article talks about the AI, difficulty and damage modelling, which is interesting, but cooler info is there's better visual upgrades, like period specific aero for cars (as in no ugly generic Forza wing on all cars) and factory aero packages as well as some other stuff, like pro-stock hoods for drag cars. Also bumper and spoiler delete options. (I think bumper delete is more about the gross government enforced safety bumpers some cars in the US and UK got, for example).
Speaking of drag, there's a new drag specific tyre option. Provides shit all cornering grip and wears like nobodies business, but will produce wheelstands with hugely increased acceleration grip.
Big news for the photo guys is the new photo output. 3840x2160 should keep most people happy.

I'm keen.

tl;dr Forza is ok

Also, this -> http://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/Cars/Detail.aspx?id=19327361080 is in a racing game...
