Ok crew,
So I've gotta throw on my camber/toe arms then a couple of days later I can get the aligment.
My thinking is if I
get the car on a flat surface
jack, remove rim, lower jack until the car is level
throw the camber arms on then jack the hub up so that its sitting at the same height as it normally would be when the car is static
adjust camber to specs (-1.5 deg in my case) using a digilevel.
lock in place
setup a string line that runs parallel to the car with the string 100mm from the center of front and rear wheels.
install toe arms, measure wheel at 90 and 270 from the top of the wheel.
adjust toe (2mm In, in my case)
Lock and repeat on other side.
does this sound like the easiest way to get a back yard aligment without decent tools?
Ive only got the weekend free to fit the arms and im booked in on tues for propper aligment (prob cover 100km in that time)
thoughs?
