Around the 5-6k mark.

Non turbo. Auto or manual not too fussed.

All I want is some honesty - do not expect a brand new show car for that money but "its 100% perfect" to "oh yeah, its just got an issue with the gearbox" when I wonder why d = stall converted nuetral before shuddering up the road is something that I will tell you to go fk yourself over.

Saw one on gumtree - rang, spoke to the guy, asked if there was any glaring issues

"she drives perfect"

go look at it, go for a drive. gearbox slurs out of first into 2nd then shudders like its going to shit itself.

"oh its always been like that"

Wasted 45 minutes driving to Bertram.

Isn't that normal for an AUTO subaru box?

bit cheaper than your budget but seems ok from the ad?
just make sure you check the service history and see if it has had logbook servicing especially the timing belt at 200k

not bad really. has 260K km's. i did 500km's a week in it for over 2 months.

typical vn calais problems though. can't control right/rear power window.

central locking is stuffed as the drivers door lock is rooted. but some clever duck wired up a switch on the inside to activate the locks.

has a sony xplode mp3 cd player. lol

has an oil leak, but i havent gotten around to checking that yet. wasnt anything drastic in the 2 straight months i drove it.

drives straight as i had a wheel alighment done on it. has a exhaust leak, but im gonna get that fixed. being looking the quokka for a cheap catback.

oh and for some unknown reason the dash beeps every now and then. i suspect this may be to do with the hand brake wire but there are no lights on the dash.

cruise control works too.

Yeah it sold for like 2k the other day, then got regoed.

I just need something comfy and not modified for a while, my old man isnt the best so driving him around in a loud bumpy smelling performance car isnt ideal.

Tom, what about a Soarer?
Plenty of those around these days and my last one was good value for money.

Not even remotely in the scope of what I would want.
