Always lock the car securely on your property... not in the carpark out the front or other common area
A customer can come take his own car with a spare set of keys if its not secured and you can't do squat
You can't even report it stolen
The cops tell you to tell the owner to report it
And if he took it... your screwed
Unless you have a job card signed by the customer stating what works to be done... then you might have a recource
