The way this will work is you have until the end of next week, 2nd December, to put in an order and send me the money, it will all be delivered to my place on a certain day (will confirm with supplier once orders are placed) and then it needs to be collected same day.

I do not have the space to store a large volume of meat for longer then a few hours (ice+eskys)

All the meat comes in cryovac primals.

As the prices are per kg and the cuts are approximate sizes - I will charge the amount for the approximate and anything extra will need to be paid to me on the day of collection or I will refund if the cut is smaller then the charged amount.

Tenderloin (Fillet) $34.00/kg (Approx 2.5kg)
Cube Roll (Scotch) $30.00/kg (Approx 4.5kg)
Striploin (Porterhouse) $27.00/kg (Approx 6.0kg)

Please just state how many of each you want and the total amount you will be paying. ie - 2x Tenderlion - $170

It would be sometime the week after - I spoke to the supplier and he said he should have more then enough stock to suit our requirements.

Cube roll without a doubt. Will roast and can be sliced into steaks. I would only use the striploin for steaks, unless you can slow cook ala magic1 bbq spec.
