took 3 monts to arrive (came a few days ago)
was told he broke his phone
tnt lost the first manifold he sent
ect
was not impressed with service, manifold is great though

mate ordered a powertune and it arrived the next week

Sounds exactly what my mate went through... Kyle even went to the point of telling my mate he was lying that he hadn't received his brand new turbo. It then rocked up in broken/2nd hand condition. A bitter dispute ensued and my mate actually did receive his brand new turbo that he paid for. The manifold took months to arrive also.... this is what happens when a workshop/person become popular. The customer service goes to shit.
