s14 trim removal

Wanting to swap over the door surround trim (black plastic) from my parts car to my project car. Any tips om how to do this without breaking stuff?

Also how do you remove the aerial from the rear guard? I have it all unbolted, just having problems separating the trim part of it to pull it back through.
