As we have this section now thought it fitting to throw in a thread where we can organise and discuss AL rides.

So who is up for one and when?

Does that PSB mob roll down to the balmoral in vic park on tuesdays? Always see bulk bikes heading down there and leaving from there on tuesday nights.

PSB runs a LNR (aka weekly social ride) on tuesday or thrusday each week (alternates each week) normally we will head down to balmoral for drinks after the ride or the bently.

Balmoral is a common end point for psb rides

Been on a couple LNR rides, they are very tame but of course that is what they are about letting learners and new riders get some seat time. If you are more confident on a bike the friday night rides are alot more..... mental? as in wheelies and burnouts everywhere along with riding in places your not supposed to. Good fun but alot more chance of getting in trouble if you come unstuck or cops see you. Most of the guys on them have no drama opening the throttle when they seen cops so unless ur ready to run ur pretty much the sacraficial lamb.

agree the LNR rides are slow :) but if you hang right at the back its normally not to bad, there is a group of us that get up to some crazy stuff ;) but the normal ride pace is i would say at speed limit maybe 5-10km/hr over nothing like a FNR ;)

Far out, guess they have quite an advantage hey. Probably know all the roads that are cut in half by bollards in the metro area! lol.

Pol-Air>Litre bike??

LNR's can be good fun but at times you do get inexperienced riders letting their ambitions get ahead of their abilities which gets abit scary.. All in all though LNR's are a good chance to meet other riders.

There is alot of sky and polair can't be everywhere.

Depending on weather would be keen for a casual ride on Friday night.

Come for a ride tomorrow night to The Honda Shop in Midland... ;)

Just a reminder that the ASBK meet and Greet/ promo event is happening tomorrow night.

Should be a good night with heaps of giveaways and free energy drinks, free sausage sizzle and promo girls etc and a chance to meet and chat with the Team Honda Racing ASBK riders.
