Spoke to Morris the other week. Him and Maria had just returned from europe. He sold the building to a car rental company i think. And is unemployed by choice. Having a break, they ran that by themselves for 17 years. Looks like everyone in that area needs a new watering hole :P Had some messy nights in that building.
