Righto Sancho’s

Brake upgrade for the GTST.

I was chasing a set of 33 GTR Brembo’s however JPC has the following choices

• Alcon 4 pots
• Brembo Ferrari F40
• 33 GTR Brembos

the 33GTR Brembo’s are the cheapest, the Alcons and F40 brakes are a little bit extra, considering I want to hang onto the 32 for a while as my track slut, I have no issues with the extra costs.

Who has used the above set ups? Reviews? Would the Alcons or F40’s be worth the extra expense?

Any known issues? Sourcing decent pads etc, requiring brake bias adjuster? Etc please note I was going to leave the rear standard brakes.

Currently 220rwkw, will be shooting more towards 260 shortly, and I am calling it quits after that.

Reason I am upgrading, currently discs are shagged, decent discs are $780. The 33 GTR brakes are calipers and discs for $1,250 and now its escalated from there. They also have some Evo Brembos front and rear that are advertised as can be fitted to Nissan with small mods, unsure what these mods are.

Overall plan is to retire the 32 from regular street duties at the end of the year, and will be essentially track only / weekender, 2 seats and a cage etc.

Go the F40s , rotors are in good condition from memory .Some decent pads and fluid and you're set .
