Turbo Actuator setting/test tool

Long shot here, anyone know where I can get a actuator setting/test tool in Perth on short notice? Got some work to be down on the car this Friday and the workshop i'm going to hasn't got the tool or anywhere they can source one from locally. Alternatively anybody have one they are willing to hire out?

bike pump with gauge, otherwise toomart etc sell those vac pump testers

Radiator pressure tester. Just remove the rad cap adapter.
