Pinstriping rims?

Ive herd that someone on this site does this, can anyone point me in the direction of who it is?

To be more specific, i would prefer NOR also its just rims, no tyres on them

I've used the "rim stickers " stuff in the past and DIYed. Comes precut into a curve in thin strips of vinyl. Not too hard of you are patient.

cheers for the help, ended up lookin at ebay for rim stickers, found some from england which look good quality so i brought them
