Hey Guys,
We managed to grab a stack of some pretty damn special veal rumps and we're going to have a red hot go at selling them cooked. We've done about half a dozen trials, and they are awesome.
I'm doing them in a Fresh Cream, seeded mustard glaze and you'll be able to start picking them up NEXT Friday. These will be the softest roast you've ever had, I promise - Not to be taken lightly!

At Just over 2kg each, they are more than enough for 4 very large people. Average people you could stretch it out 7-8, 250g a serve.
Will post up more details in a few hours :)
As it stands, I'll be doing these at $50ea. This is in part celebration of our new child, as well as helping to pay for my freshly stolen Aristo. You will not get a cheaper meal, cooked and prepared at the same quality as what I'm trying to do today!

Pick up is from Market City Meats, in Canningvale. Corner of Bannister and Ranford, Yes it will be cooked to order. It will be hot when you pick it up, even if you are an hour late!

Hey Guys,
If you could confirm that would be great! I don't want you rocking up and it not being cooked for you :)
You will also be provided with a foam esky if you live more than 10 minutes away, it'll keep temperature for a good few hours. Mark, I'm looking at you :D

bring juices to heat and mix in a few table spoons of flour to thicken, salt and finely chopped onion to taste :D.
Can always use a gravy powder, they are generally just salt, colour and flour anyway!

Reheat in the gravy, not a little bit. You want to have it swimming in it.
But I'd have it cold with mustard :D

Picked mine up yesterday. The meat is so tender and melts in the mouth.
